White glove Service begins at $10,000 and a DIY approach could begin at a cost as little as $3,000. White glove has $0 upfront though you will pay for the service during the closing of the sale of the home. DIY approach will require vendors to be paid upfront when service is rendered, many will need a deposit to begin work and full payment once work is completed. This is in addition to hauling and dump fees if you take on 100% of the cleanout yourself. These costs do not include costs or repairs and again are only generalized beginning estimates.
